Nonna Carla is a brand new Italian restaurant and pizzeria located in Garstang, just off the A6.

Opened in November 2020, our mission is to bring you the finest ingredients and the freshest flavours, cooked to perfection by our passionate Head Chef Vincenzo and his team.

Our restaurant features a wood-fired pizza oven at the heart of the kitchen, which gives our pizzas a truly authentic taste.

Our food comes from the heart. Head Chef Vincenzo has designed our menu to reflect the dishes and flavours of the region around Como, where he hails from.

We use fresh, local ingredients to create a range of dishes and wood-fired pizzas to suit all ages and tastes. We are a family-friendly venue.

  We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Nonna Carla. My girlfriend and I are vegan, and we agreed that these were among the best vegan pizzas we have had anywhere, absolutely delicious!

Our only complaint was the total lack of vegan desserts, and while I know not many traditional Italian deserts are vegan, even some simple sorbet would have gone a long way. There was also no dairy free milk alternatives for coffee after our meal which was a disappointment (we normally go for oat milk).

Would definitely recommend, but I will cross my fingers that if we were to return that the vegan offering would be a little broader, though very grateful for our fantastic pizza!

  We just ordered from here for take away and me being a greedy sod I thought the pizza looked a bit small but the meat feast I got was absolutely banging.

Really great ingredients, amazing taste and it definitely filled me up. I think I forgot what great food tastes like.

This was hands down amazing and I definitely recommend going here.
